What are the U-Screen's design features?

The U-Screen AX-500 is a 6' by 5' double deck, reversible direction, directly hydraulically driven portable screening plant.  It's powered by a 25HP 3 cylinder Kubota Diesel Engine, and boasts industry leading components.  It's engineering features a versatile design, durable high-impact construction, smooth stability and quiet operation.

Is the U-Screen hard to use?

No.  Within two mintues of arrival on the jobsite, you can be set-up and running.  Just drop the hitch on the ground, crank it down, raise the travel axle, and start the engine.  The U-Screen AX-500 has two reversible control levers, (screenbox & travel axle) a throttle dial and a keyed ignition switch, that's it!  All you need to turn your overhead into profit is our U-Screen, your material, one loader and one operator.  It sounds simple.  It is.

It ranges from 200 to 400 Cu Yds depending on material type, moisture content and loader operator skill level.

Are screens difficult to change?

No.  The U-Screen has been engineered for durability and ease of use since the beginning of development.  Each screen requires only basic hand tools and about 15 minutes to change.

Less down time means more profit.

How much maintenance is required on the U-Screen AX-500?

With the simple, directly driven powertrain, U-Screen daily maintenance is minimal with only two grease fittings on the entire machine.

Regular maintenance and fluid checking is easily accessible through opening the three panels on the engine compartment.

What equipment is the AX-500 compatible with?

The U-Screen was engineered from the beginning to be compatible with everything from skidsteers to combinations, trackhoes and up to two yard end-loaders.

The U-Screen comes with a Two-Year / Unlimited Hours Parts & Labor Warranty.  Overnight Courier 24/7 Parts Support Is Included.

Aside from a one-ton truck, does the U-Screen require any additional equipment to be transported?

No.  The U-Screen AX-500 comes from the factory road ready.  A pintle-hitch, electric brakes, lights, signals and safety chains with breakaway switch come standard.
